Replicate AD Environment

Are there any tools for replicating an existing AD environment into a
pre-production environment?
We need to be able to automate the replication of AD settings including OU
structure, GPO, Login Scripts, replication etc but be able to deal with a
separate name space.

I have a solution to a similiar problem to yours posted at
http://briandesmond.com/blog/archive/2003/11/25/251.aspx. If you wanted to
rename the domain afterwards, you could use rendom in the lab, assuming you
are in 2003 native mode.
