Are you saying that the client machine is not updating into the zone?
If so, check and make sure you are only using your DNS and dynamic updates
are allowed.

I'm sorry, but I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding your
terminology.

Just an FYI: If updates are allowed, and all of your machines are ONLY
pointing to the internal DNS server, and the Primary DNS Sufffix of all your
machines is spelled exactly as the zone name created in DNS, and the zone
name is NOT a single label name (such as "domain" instead of the required
"domain.com" format), then updates will occur.

Tell you what, please help out by showing us an ipconfig /all of your DC and
one of your clients please so we can get a better picture of your
configuration.

Also, can you please reply in the same thread instead of starting a new post
with your answer? This way our conversation will stay in the same thread and
others may jump in to offer their opinions. I may miss your new post. I
almost missed this one.
