If you select "format" > "Cells", the first tab should
allow you to change the format from text to number. You
may have to do a find/replace (Ctrl+H) to remove all of
the quotation marks first.

I'm trying to replace text in cells with numbers, but it
looks like the replace put a quote in fron of the number
('5, '4 or '3). Is there a way to convert my replaced
cells into numeric data in the cells....and is there a way
to replace text in cells to numbers?

I had already tried to find all data with ' in front of the number, but microsoft tells me that the data is not found. The ' only shows up when you double click in the cell, otherwise it just looks like a number. The reason I know that it is a character data is that I have some calculations at the bottom to do some Averaging, standard deviations, etc. and they just have #DIV/ in the cells. Any ideas?
