Replacing shared borders with FP Includes

If I want to replace my web's Shared Borders with FP Includes, do I need to
re-create every page in the web individually, or is there some way to use FP
Includes globally (the way Shared Borders work)?

I vaguely remember someone mentioning something about creating a Dynamic Web
Template, but if that's the answer, I have no idea how to go about it. Also,
wouldn't that still require re-creating each page, just using the DWT?

You should be able to convert from Shared borders to DWT fairly
quickly, without editing every page individually.
