No other difference, as long as the cable connectors are the same as on your old supply. The ratings should, of course, be similar.

My friend called me up one panicked because his machine wouldn't turn on. His little girl flipped that switch for him. Funny! That's one difference. Turn it off in back and it won't turn off in front.
