I am on a boadband cable connection, tv, Internet, telephone via cable
connection, cable connected to Cisco cable modem(EuroDOCSIS 3.0), phone to
Linksys SPA2102 phone adapter(both supplied by the ISP) plus my 4-port
Ethernet Router with VoIP and WiFi.
I want replace these 3 devices with one box that integrates cable modem,
Internet, phone, WLAN N and gigabit Ethernet in one box. I'm not sure about
one point, will it be possible to seamlessly integrate my cable modem with
ISP service without extra configuration this device on the ISP side?

There is an example of a device like that, here.

As for what extra work is needed to set it up, you should be asking
the staff at your ISP that question.

I want use FritzBox 6320 cable device, but can no find info is there option
to set device MAC Address in Connection Settings.
Some AVM devices has this feature, which is very handy when ISP require MAC
address registration.
