Replacing Missing Help and Support Center in XP

At some point it appears that I inadvertantly
deleted "PCHealth," and/or "Helpctr.exe." So, I do not
have access to "Help and Support," or the other system
tools, like scan and/or defrag, etc.

How can I replace this file (or series of files?) Will I
have to reinstal Windows XP all over again?

If the above repair does not work:

Go to Start > Run and type in: helpctr -regserver
and hit enter.

To reinstall Help and Support:

Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf.
Right-click and choose install. Have your XP CD available.

Note: The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start > Run and type in:
control folders. View: Show hidden files and folders and uncheck
"Hide extensions for known file types".
