Replacement of Motherboard

Hi all,

since my board that I use now is going to the sharks i need to replace my
motherboard. I've been there before and allways got in trouble with my XP for
not restarting again. Now i sthere any 1 that can explain me how to tell
WindowsXP without the need to reinstall it that i have a new board and just
run on it so to speak
i don't want to call theMS center again for an activation key cause i had it
with that, so if any 1 knows pls let me know.
