You can try the free software call "First Page" to see what you get.
It doesn't have all the fit and finish that the MS products have, but
it's overall pretty good.

Try what I'm doing. Write your web in html and javascript. The
learning curve is about the same as learning FrontPage or a similar
program and it's much more versatile, teaches you more, easily creates
validated code and costs nothing.
