Due to my disability !I had an aneurysm on Memorial Day...we;re having to
cut some corners. My daugter has callwave on her dialup ISP, but now there
are monthly fees billed to my phone bill...

Is there a truly free "answering machine" so the rest of us don't miss calls
while she is online? We may be adding my son's service to that line as
well, and all I forsee are fights...the whole family needs your help
locating a replacement for callwave as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

Yes, anyone? I have the same concern!! It seems callwave charged me without permission as well.

For about 50 cents/month, I had my home telephone account set up to roll
incoming calls to a cell phone when the line is busy (based on
predialing *70). I can answer it if I wish (based on CID) or let it go
to voicemail.
