I'd say that looks like a pretty close match. Presumably the "L" at the end
of the model name, means the optional LAN is present on the board.

Supported processor list, versus BIOS revision, is listed here. When you get
the board, check to see if there is a sticker on top of the flash EEPROM chip.
That sticker may have a BIOS revision number on it. (I don't know if it is Intel's
practice to put the BIOS revision number on a sticker, but other motherboard
manufacturers do that.)

I was afraid you were only going to list the specs for both boards.
When I see that many numbers so close together almost makes me pass
out. :)
