I have a Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 1 CD that seems to be corrupt. I cannot complete an install with it. Does anyone know if Microsoft offers a replacement program for bad CD's? I have been pulling my hair out for days only to discover it is the disk that is at fault.

Yes they do. Information on the Microsoft web site (sorry I don't have a
URL handy), or simply call the support numbers printed on the material
in your CD package. These numbers should work in your country.
