The D-Drive failed on the W2k Server. This was formated FAT32. It just had
user data folders on it. We replaced it with a new Drive (ATAIDE) and used
NTFS for the file system and restored from a tape backup.
The shares were set back up and permissions applied.
The problem came up when a user went back in and opened a shared file and
saved it.
ONLY that user could open the file.
When another user tries to open the same file we get "Can not access read
only document "filename" "
