Hi all
i have a folder on an ntfs volume which other user copy their files.file
copying takes place inside one volume.
becouse some users use cut/paste and others use copy/paste to put the files
on that direstory; it happens that the files in the directory have different
security permissions.
i can use the checkbox in the security settings "Replace Permissions
enteries on all child objects with enteries shown ....." to make all the
files have the security rights of the main parent folder but this is only
for one time.
if a user copy another file the problem rises again so i have to repeat
this.
isnt there anyway to make this box permanantly checked? ie everytime a user
pastes a file into that dir the files automatically get the permissions of
the parent folder.
