Maybe.
But the computer won't be any faster, the motherboard sets
the RAM speed, the PC2100 or PC 2700 just means the fastest
speed that is error free.
Since you are planning to replace all your RAM, it should
work as long as the RAM is supported by the BIOS as far as
latency, ECC/NON-ECC, etc.
