Drag'n'drop the icon back on the Start button and so on, then disable
dragging and dropping.

Disabling dragging and dropping in the Start Menu also disables right
clicking in the Start Menu.

I agree with Microsoft in this feature. No r-click - no mess with the Start
menu.
