Replace E icons?

I show a number of internet shortcut icons on my desktop. The default icon
is the stylized E, which probably stands for Explorer.

When I right click on the E icon and then on "Change Icon", I get only a
choice of 3 other icons.

How can I get more icons?

Browse for them.
You have many .exe and .dll files (depending on your operating system)
that contain icons. Try shell32.dll in your system folder for a few.
You may even have some .ico files but if you don't, then try below:
