Replace crash server

We have two DC running , server1 & server2, server 2 crash, we will replace
the new server for server 2, in site & service , do I need to delete the
server 2 from server 1 NTDS setting. we will use back the same computer name
..

Or will the system automatic create the site in server1 for the new server .
 
Hello DD,

As mentioned in the posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.dns group,
please do not post one question after another. This all stick together with
your starting post "Migrate to new server" from 26.11.2008 09:15AM.

You will need to DCPROMO the server with the /FORCE option to remove it.
Then do a meta data cleanup. The MS KB has lots of documents on how to
do this.
