I have Outlook 2003 I want to change my font & size when typing an e-mail and
I want it to remain as my default font. If that is correct Terminology. I
looked in help followed the directions for changing font could not find the
right direction.

As far as you Willy it was not a smart ass question I asked, I am a new user
on Outlook I may be dumber than a pocket full of rocks when it comes to
computers but that is why M/S has a category for new users. Sorry I should
have been more specific on my question, but what kind of lame customer
service or knowlodge do you offer
Thank-you

Tools - Options - Mail Format - Fonts. This could be over-ridden by custom
stationery, or even Word settings if you're using Word as your mail editor.

Well, I didn't go looking for the original post, but Willy is just a user of
the software, just like you are. Microsoft doesn't have any official
customer service in this newsgroup.

Are you referring to me? I am not the one who called your question a smart ass question - that would be silly. As for your original question, if you had added "when composing mail" this whole sorry mess could have been avoided.

Guess another poster that I will ignore in the future. Thin-skin seems to be the norm nowadays. Bye.
