Do you mean that you frequently have to type the same phrase into different
cells on the same row.
Do you mean that when you type a phrase in one cell, it automatically
appears in various other cells in the same row.
Your answer would determine the assistance you require!
If you want the same phrase to appear in various other cells in the same
row, without having to retype it, you can either copy and paste, or use a
reference to the cell where you first typed the phrase, eg
=IF($B$4="","",$B$4), entered in G4, K4 and Z4, wil result in the phrase in
B4 being shown in all these locations.
If the above is already happening, then you already have such a fromula in
several cells in that row. If you do not want it, delete the formulae.
