I use Outlook 2003 with Windows XP on a brand new Dell. In the contact
manager that I used prior to Outlook I could choose a contact and select
"create listing" or "create closing" (I'm a real estate agent). That would
trigger the creation of a project ("listing") with pre-defined tasks that
were automatically added to the daily task list at the appropritate time.
For instance, "create listing" entailed tasks such as "send data to mls,
place sign, write newspaper ad, send announcements, etc". Each of those
items were assigned a time to appear on my daily task list such as "1 day
from start" or "30 days from start". Since most of the tasks associated with
taking a listing are always the same, this feature was a real time and energy
saver. Is it possible to set up something similar in Outlook?
