Repeating numbers amd text ( content of the text box)

Hello,

Using crosstab query, my report shows like this:

Position Seq No. Position Year 2007
1. Elder Jason
1. Edler Mathew
2. Deacon Mark
2 Deacon John.

How can I make it to show up like this:
1. Elder Jason
Mathew
2. Deacon Mark
John

In other word, we do not want it to repeat the same number.

Set the Hide Duplicates property of the Position text box.

Where you also want to hide another field, and HideDuplicates is not enough,

Ok, I can do it now, there is " Hide duplicates, in the format property that
should be set to yes.
