repeatedly setting up 10 numbered appointments for many people

I use a ten day coaching matrix with specific tasks on each day. I am going
to be training my replacement and I would like to find an easy way to
repeatedly drop in a sequence of numbered appointments (1-10) with the name
of the coachee into the outlook 2002 calendar...
