B Bill Sanderson Apr 2, 2005 #2 Use this Windows Installer cleanup app http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301 Install this application. It should show you a list of apps installed via the Windows installer. Find the Dell piece which keeps popping up, and remove it. That should fix the problem.
