Repeated events have disappeared from calendar even though outloo.

A user at my property has set up several repeating events in her calendar.
Now they are not showing up on her calendar or popping up with reminders.
The dates that have these events are showing up as bold on the small calendar
and if she tries to enter another event at the same time Outlook tells her
that this event is conflicting with another scheduled event. Any ideas?
 
I am experiencing exactly the same problem and trying to
find an answer on how to fix it. Lets hope someone will
help us.
