Repeated error message every 5 minutes

On one of our 2000 servers we are seeing the following
message about every 5 minutes:

Windows cannot access the registry information at \\main2
\sysvol\main2\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-
00C04FB984F9}\Machine\registry.pol with (51).


I am not sure where to start tracking this one down.
Anyone have any ideas?
