repeat rows/columns

Hi,
it may sound a stupid question but can any one tell ne
what should so that the first row and column of a
worksheet don't hide when I move down or right the scroll.

Select cell B2, then go to the Window menu and choose Freeze Pane.

It's not a stupid question!
Select B2. Then use
Window > Freeze Panes.

You can freeze different numbers of rows/columns by selecting a different
cell instead of B2. The cell you select is the first one from the top left
corner that you want still to be able to scroll.
