How can i repair my computer with no disc's or restore
everytime i go on internet explorer it shouts down on me
unable to stay on line.i did have crupted files but now
it says i don't but i'm unable to download macromedia
flashplayer or word perfect and all i know is my
regerister number has oem in the number. please help me i
mght even be missing files also.

I suggest you a) take your machine to your friendly local computer repair
man and let him sort it out.
b) take a course at your local Adult education facility in 1) basic computer
use and 2) basic English.

Dawn, it sounds to me that you have the same problem I

had. The way I resolved this was to totally uninstall
internet explorer via the control panel, add remove etc.
Get your self any service provider disc free most near
enough anywhere, go to do a full install of the dial up
package. This will install whatever version of I
explorer.
Once you have done this, make sure you change the dial up
properties (unless you're broadband).

This should fix the problem. If not try downloading
iexplore 6 from the windows site.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
