Repairing Outlook 2003 (Missing .CAB File)

I am in UK.

Upgraded from Office XP Standard to Office Small Business
Edition 2003.

Outlook 2003 has started disappearing from screen when
minimised.

Have attempted to repair. Installer asks for SKU01A.CAB
This is not on either the original CD or the upgrade CD.

What should I do?
 
George, I have had the same problem with the SKU01A.CAB, only I get the
error when I try to install a patch for Outlook 2003. Have had no answers
so far.
