repairing Internet Explorer

I have trouble loading graphics on Internet Explorer 6.0 &
I contacted technical support. I have been told I need to
repair Internet Explorer 6.0, but the feature does not
exist on the my computer sections of Windows 98. Where can
I find information on this on Microsoft's main site?

Try repairing IE this way, go to; Start |Run | type msinfo32 |press ok
Tools |Internet Explorer Repair Tool | Select Repair Internet Explorer

Depending on what version of IE you are running, search for ie6setup.exe/
ie5setup.exe on your hard drive. Double click file and follow the prompts.
You can select to only install IE without reinstalling OE or other
functions.

You may you get the message;
"Setup has detected a newer version of Internet Explorer already installed
on this system. Setup cannot continue."?

Follow the procedure below, it can be applied to other OS's not just XP but
if your not confident playing in the registry then it's not for you.

To avoid the "Setup cannot continue" message and reinstall the same version
of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, follow these steps:
