How do you use the xp to repair? I cannot go from one URL
to another. I have checked everything and even called
road runner. They said my browser might be bad. This is
the only thing I cannot do. SSL's are working. Oh please
help

You can try using AntiSpy's Advanced Tools, System
Explorers, Internet Explorer, IE BHOs then block all BHOs
from loading. Then reboot and see if it works. If not
you have two other options

Do a System Restore to an earlier time period when
everything worked:

website you get a new blank window that pops up?

Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings"
button.
