repair os from cd

I need to run a repair of my Win2k sp4 installation. I want to boot to the
Win2k CD and run the repair of the current OS installation. Will I lose any
data? IIS is installed on this box and our website is on this box. I want
to make sure that no data files are deleted. Thanks for any help.
