I have 2 domain controllers which were Windows 2000. I have performed an
upgrade on one of them to 2003 - following the MS articles (kb325379) etc.

With in the article it states that that it can be bad to disconnect the
domain controller to be updated from the network and place it on its own
separate network. Instead, the article states that the 'REPADMIN /options
-DISABLE_OUTBOUND_REPL' command should be run instead.

Now that one server is running W2k3 AD (which has all operations masters
roles) and the other server is still on W2k, when I run a 'REPADMIN /options'
command on the W2k3 server, it shows the DISABLE_OUTBOUND_REPL as an active
option.

How do I enable outbound replication again?

Re,

repadmin /options <DC> +DISABLE_OUTBOUND_REPL
will disable outbound replication on <DC>

repadmin /options <DC> -DISABLE_OUTBOUND_REPL
will enable outbound replication on <DC>
