reordering files within a folder

How can I reorder files within any given folder? I want to
be able to put them in any order that I want and not have
to sort by a given criteria.
 
OOPS, I see you want to reorder files. Same technique works

01-fileone
02-filetwo
03-filennn

Just incorporate number as first part of file name
