Hi there. I have a report created with page headers and footers. When I
view the report in Access everything looks great, but when I Publish it with
Word, the footers run off of some pages and on those pages there is only some
data and lots of blank spaces. Is this enough information that someone might
be able to help? Thanks in advance!

You're right, Laurie. When you export an Access report as a rich text format
document ("Publish with Word"), the layout won't match the view you see in
Access. The graphical elements will be missing, and the layout won't be the
same.

You might try reducing the margins (i.e. in the Page Setup dialog in Word.)
If the problem is that Access is using 1" margins, but the Word document is
using 1.25" margins, changing the margins in Word will help reduce the
problem (though it may not eliminate it completely.)
