Renewing McAffee TVD licence

I bought 26 licences for TVD last Feb for a works network as of yet I
have heard nothing about re-newing the licence I tried calling and
spent 45 mins on hold waiting for an operator.

Has anyone any experience and tops on how I can renew this.

Have you tried contacting them online, it is a lot easier on the pockets?
