Rendering problem .asp page

I have a problem with IE rendering an asp page
http://www.paintandpins.com/leadsncoll.asp
which should render the same as
http://www.paintandpins.com/leadsncoll.htm
Having viewed the source and republished the page fro FP2003, which shows
correctly.
I can see no reason for this problem.
Some side cells are missing from the table
Can anyone help please

Apart from the added navigation in the .asp page, and the size of the
collar images, I don't see any difference in content.
The "add to cart" and "View Cart" buttons are on different lines, but that
looks better, IMO.

The .asp page is a much better layout - no long lines of text with a wide
browser - but the navigation layout needs some work - perhaps placing the
buttons in a fixed width <div> to stop them wrapping?

Can you be more specific in describing what is missing?
