My new site www.winsim.com displays correctly in Firefox, Safari, and
most IE6 browsers. However, some IE6 browsers are wrapping my top
menu bar.

You can see the top menu wrapping always in IE6 by doing a "File /
Send / Page by Email ...". However, when the email arrives, it is OK.

Does anyone know why IE6 is having this rendering problem ?

Thanks,
Lynn McGuire

As the subject would indicate, Lynn, you are running IE6 and IE7 Beta in
parallel? This is not recommended and is perhaps the cause of your issue.

Currently, the IE7 Beta 2 pre-release is supported here;

Nope. I was running IE6. I then installed IE7 beta 2 and used it for a
while. I removed IE7 and am now back to IE6.

Please read the release notes and ensure that you have successfully uninstalled
IE7 Beta completely.
