Renaming Windows XP Sytem Folders

Hello:
I am selling my computer to a friend and do not want my
name to remain on the System Folder under Documents and
Settings.

Does anyone know how to change this as Windows won't
allow it.

Log on using the built-in Administrator account and then delete your account
and select to delete the files associated with that account.
