Renaming Title pages

Hi,
I am new using front page. I renamed the title page for several pages and I
noticed that after I remaned the title a second file was generated. i.e.
After I remaned the title page for file "sample" a second file name appeared
as "samplea" and "sampleb". The new file name was not generated for all the
pages which I changed the title page previously. Everything seems to be
working fine, but I do not udnerstand why those name fiels were generated and
are now apperaing on my folder.
