renaming tables and forms automation at form coding

I want to rename all the tables and forms, but when i renamed
them, at the forms coding that there are my old table name new names don,t
replace with old names automatically, so this is a boring job for me
renaming old table names with new ones at the coding of all the forms.

There is a utility out there on the intarwebs that will rename objects
in your database and correct any references to those objects (whether
it be in Forms/Modules whatever). The name of the app escapes me, but
if you cannot find it via google let the group know; I have it laying
around somewhere.
