renaming sub webs with FP 2002

I find that I am unable to rename subwebs by right
clicking on web name through FP. Is there any way of
doing this please whilst preserving everything else ( am
loath to try it via explorer?
 
Open the subweb, then Tools | Web Settings and you should be able to change
the name, if not you can always publish the subweb to a new subweb, then
delete the original subweb.
