Renaming Personal Folders

I am trying to create a button that will automatically create a new .pst file
while using user input information to name the folders. I have everything
working great, except, I can not get the folders to name anything other than
'personal folders'. I need to name the new folder group added something more
specific or there will be numerous Personal Folders. I do not know what the
object is to do this.

VBA, Office Outlook 2003

Any Ideas?
