If you talk about the folder that contains your personal data and
settings: no. Create a new profile instead and log on with that
profile so that a folder with the proper name is created. Then logoff
and logon as the Administrator. Now you can copy over the old account
to the new from the Control Panel > System > Advanced > User profiles
Settings. If all works well from the new account now, you can delete
the old one and the unwanted folder in DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS.
