Hi,

I created a report called WeeklyPractitionerRevenue.
There is nothing in the Report Header. However, there is
a Page Header that has the Pracitioner Name at the top.
Also in this section is the field names for the report
such as ServiveReveune, ProductRevenue, and Total. The
actual values appears in the details section. There is
also a Practioner Header in which I have had access force
a new page before section. What this has done is to
create a multiple page report and have each practioner's
revenue appear on a single page. So Joe Smith who is
practitioner 1 appears on page one with his revenue
figures, a new page is started and John Jones who is
practitioner two appears on the second page with his
revenue figures.

We want to start sending these out to the individual
practioners but we don't want them to see each others
numbers. They are in different locations so we want to e-
mail them their revenue figures. The best thing I came
up with was to export html files. But as a default, I am
getting page names that say
WeeklyPractitionerRevenuePage1.htm,
WeeklyPractitionerRevenuePage2.htm etc. What I want is
to be able to name the reports automatically by the
practioner name. It doesn't have to be html format. I
only used that because everything else is all one
document.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Chuck

You can use our batch reporting module to create individual pdf files and
email them or use our report server product to create a web site for users
to run their own report.
