Renaming DN and SAMAccountname

What are the ramifications of renaming the DN and the SAMAccountname of user
objects in AD?

Nothing in AD but may cause trouble on runnig login scripts etc.

AD won't care. Users may have a little problem logging on though if you don't
let them know what their new sAMAccountName is though - unless they are using UPNs.
