Renaming a Domain

I work for a company that has recently undergone a name
change. Our domain is currently Corp.ourname.com I want
to change this to Corp.Newname.com. Is there anyway to do
this without demoting the server to NT 4.0 then Upgrading
again to 2000? Our DNS server is in Mixed mode but we
would like to move it up to native after the name change.

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

When upgrading to win2k3 from win2k you can change the
domain?!?! Is this the case even if w2k was in native
mode?
 
As far as I know Yes you can rename a Win 2k domain when upgrading to Win
2k3, even if the domain is in native mode.

Yes, because Danny is refering to the Domain Rename Feature in WS2k3. If you
don't have Exchange 2k or Certificate Services in your Domain, you can test
and think of it ;-)
