Renamed User Account in TS

I renamed a user account that had previously been disabled and the Exchange
mail box deleted. I recreated a mailbox for the new user, but when I log
onto to the new Terminal Services' session, when I open Outlook, it opens
briefly with the old user's name and doesn't let me proceed. I can't add or
delete a user when I go to view accounts.
Any help or advice would be deeply appreciated.

Try going into the Control Panel / EMail, then connecting to
the correct user's Exchange mailbox.
 
Thank you for your reply. In my group policy, access to the Control Panel
has been disabled. Is there something I can do from the server as an
administartor?

The simplest way might be to elevate the user to domain
admin status for five minutes until you've made the change
under his account.
