Hi, since there is no separate category for Windows Mail, but this is a part
of Viesta here I hope to find help: as I can in the Deleted items folder,
rename the folder column in the Trash. Located on the Sent items folder, I
often confusing in a hurry as both end up with elements.

This is the correct place for Windows Mail questions, but I do not
understand what you wish to do.
 
Your question is very garbled.
General speaking, you cannot rename system-generated folders.
