Rename IE Title Bar

I want to rename the IE title bar. My computer previously
had an internet service which named the title
bar "Internet Explorer by XXXXXXXX". I just want it to
say "Internet Explorer" since I no longer use that
service. I remember seeing how to do it some time ago
but was not interested at that time. Thanks for any help.

Close all browser windows, go to Start > Run and type 'rundll32
iedkcs32.dll,Clear' (without the quotes) into the box. Hit Enter or click OK
to return to default browser branding.

Unfortunately I do not know to clear the title bar in OE
